  1. Hi, would love to chat about food. I’m low weight now, struggling with a ton of digestion issues, underweight yet binging at night, too depressed and lethargic and sluggish and constipated to even exercise. A bit of a mess 🙂
    In my 30’s…wuold love to know if you’ve anything to share or experence or knowledge, etc…you seem to eat so intituitively, simply and relieving on the tummy…i do need to gain…so i know calories count, but still, my habits are horrid. Please email if you can/want.

  2. Yikes, sorry to hear but I think you should definitely talk to a physician first, as that’s how I found out what was causing me so much digestive grief. As far as what I eat, check out What I ate Wednesday, it’s pretty much all there. Good luck and stay well!
